Mehek has postgraduation in English and has an Executive MBA degree in business administration from IIMC. She has worked in the corporate world for about 8 years and has been actively involved in early childhood care and education for the last 13 years.

At Diversity, you often see Mehek wearing multiple hats throughout the day. She often quotes “Brain is the most intriguing organ in Homo sapiens, why can’t we give it more opportunities to remain as intriguing as ever when it is in the making.”  She also believes that children are learning from everywhere.

Anil Valecha

Anil is ACMA, CGMA (UK), Executive MBA-from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), pursued a leadership program from Harvard Business School, US. He is an Angel investor/mentor in a few start ups and part of start up ecosystem including a selection panel member in a prominent early stage investors group. He is also a Group CFO with RIA Advisory Group and is part of CXO Group driving strategy and corporate finance objectives of the company. In his professional career, Anil has managed multiple M&A, fund raises, integration initiatives including a recent successful exit of a growth stage company and has experienced an entire investment life cycle of startup/growth organizations.

Anil brings in 25+ years of varied experience in the areas of finance, corporate strategy & management, HR, Admin with an astute sense and aptitude of organizational & leadership skills to lay out the sound foundational building blocks for Diversity to help expand its horizons of possibilities in the child learning space.

Sushma Bendhi is Pharmacist by education, she has a bachelor’s in pharmacy from Osmania University and master’s from Long Island University in New York. She has worked in Global Pharmaceutical companies in the USA for 16 plus years in varying roles with demanding strategic decisions and timelines. She has authored many scientific articles and blogs.

Although her education and profession has been in Pharma, she has a lifelong passion to work with children which has only accelerated after having children of her own. She is a believer that children learn best through play and is often intrigued by their curiosity and thought-provoking questions.

At Diversity, she is working in the capacity of Head of Business Development and Brand expansion. This doesn’t limit her from day-to-day interaction with children from where she draws inspiration and energy to create a better system for them to thrive.

Sravanti has bachelor’s in biotechnology from JNTU. she worked with various research-oriented biotech firms where she handled multiple teams. In this process, she coordinated with various teams to ensure the research was done with minimal disruptions and achieved a high-yield growth.
